Sylvester Stallone, an American actor, filmmaker, and screenwriter was born on July 6, 1946, in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan, New York City, U.S.
Sylvester Stallone Career
He is famous for his action roles including the little character boxer Rocky Balboa of the Rock series, role as soldier John Rambo from Rambo films, and role as Barney Ross in The Expendables series from 2010 to 2014.
In all three franchises, he wrote most of the 14 films and directed many of the films. His film, Rocky which was inducted into the National Film Registry as well as having film props. He was voted int the International Boxing Hall of Fame which was announced on December 7, 2010, in the non-participant category.
He was twice nominated for Academy Awards in1977 for the film, Rocky. He is the third man in the history to be nominated twice for the same film. He was nominated for the Academy Award third time for the 2015 film, Creed for reprising the role of Rocky Balboa.
Sylvester Stallone Early Life
He was born and grown up in Hell’s Kitchen, New York City. He is the son of Frank Stallone, a beautician and a hairdresser, and Jacqueline Stallone, a former dancer, astrologer, and promoter of women’s wrestling. He is the elder son in the family.
His father was born in Apulia, Italy and in the 1930s migrated to the United States. He was very flat-footed and put in a tap school at the age of four. In the early 1950s, his father moved to Washington D.C. and opened a beauty school.
In 1954, his mother opened a women’s gymnasium, Barbella. When he was nine years old, his parents divorced, and he lived with his mother. He was weak in the study and scored poorly in school, and when he was sixteen, his mother got him a job in her beauty salon.

He recently lives in Beverly Hills, California. He is a great fan of Everton Football Club. He has been married three times because of bad relationships. He first married at the age of twenty-eight on December 1974 with Sasha Czack. The couple has two sons. Sasha died at the age of 36 because of heart disease.
On December 15, 1985, he married Brigitte Nielsen, model, and actress and the couple divorced after two years. He married Jennifer Flavin in May 1997, and they have three daughters. At the 74th Golden Globe Awards, his daughters were chosen to be the Miss Golden Globe.
